Methods Fair 2013

This year’s Methods Fair will again feature a range of workshops, PhD talks and exhibitors – and the return of the annual methods poster competition. An essential event for research students.
Please ensure that you book a place to attend the Fair, so that we can ensure we have enough space in workshops, as well as enough lunch for everyone on the day!Book here
Meet with British Library Staff – Limited places available. We are offering one-to-one sessions with the library’s lead curator of digital social sciences at the Methods Fair to discuss how the Library can help in discovering research datasets, data management, research methods or general social science topics. The Methods Fair will feature a plenary talk from Professor Jennie Popay of the University of Lancaster: ”Complexity and public involvement: are 20th century methods of enquiry up to the challenges of 21st century research contexts?”.
